Paper Submission

Please read the following paper submission guidelines before submitting your papers:


  • Submissions should be original and not currently under review at another venue.
  • Papers will be checked for similarity using iThenticate. The Technical Program Committee (TPC) reserves the right to desk-reject a paper if it contains elements that have a high overlap with published works. The TPC recommends <20% similarity.
  • Each paper is limited to 4 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • All papers must be submitted through the following online submission system.
  • The TPC reserves the right to desk-reject a paper that does not fit within the scope of the conference, which pertains to all aspects of geoscience and remote sensing.

To help ensure correct formatting, please use the IEEE style files for conference proceedings as a template for your submission. These include LaTeX and Word style files.

Publication and Indexing

  • All the accepted and presented papers will be published in the proceedings and will be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
  • Some of the selected papers will be mentored by experts in the relevant field to enhance the quality to be published in a reputed IEEE Journal.
  • Extended versions of the papers that are presented at the conference will be considered for publication in a special issue of IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing (JSTARS)/Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters (GRSL). (Proposal for the special issue is in progress)
